• Returns and Refund Policy

     

    Please ensure that you check your order/contents as soon as you receive them, and always before use. If any errors occur or issues arise then these need to be reported to us immediately so that we can investigate further.

     

    Your statutory rights

     

    Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights. For more information about your other statutory rights, please visit the UK Government's website at: www.direct.gov.uk or contact Consumer Direct, the Government funded consumer advice service on 08454 04 05 06.

     

    Right of Cancellation

     

    The United Kingdom’s Consumer Contract Regulations (June 2014) provide you with a right to cancel your order for products at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received the products. You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation. If you wish to cancel your order please either write to us at Customer Care, Pevonia UK Ltd, Unit 24, Capital Valley Eco Park, Rhymney, Tredegar, Wales, NP22 5PT or email us with details of your cancellation to info@pevoniauk.com. If you have already received the product(s), you must carefully repackage and return them to us at the returns address shown below. Until you have returned the product(s) to us, including any Free Product(s) included with your order (with the exception of Samples of 8mls or less), you must keep them in your possession and take reasonable care of them. We will credit the price of the cancelled product(s) once we have received and checked that they are in a re-saleable condition. We will not refund any postage costs incurred.

     

    16 Day Money Back Guarantee

     

    In addition to the above, we also offer a 16 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you have purchased an item within the last 16 days and for whatever reason you are not happy with it, please call Customer Care on 01449 701480 who will issue you a returns number. Simply return the item unused in its original packaging, together with any Free Product(s) sent with the order (with the exception of Samples of 8mls of less, which you may keep), quoting the returns number you have been given, to the address shown below. Once the item(s) have been received, your refund will be processed. We will refund the purchase price, however we may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will not refund any delivery costs incurred by us in sending the order to you or incurred by you in returning the goods to us. If you choose to keep your Free Gift, we will deduct the RRP of that item from your refund. The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used in the initial transaction.

     

    Incorrect Item(s) Received

     

    We have high standards when it comes to packaging your order, however mistakes do sometimes happen. Please accept our apologies if you have received an incorrect item. 

     

    If you have received an incorrect item, please contact Customer Care via e-mail at info@pevoniauk.com within 3 working days of receipt of your order and attach pictures of the item(s) to your message, quoting your Order Number where possible. We will review the issue as quickly as possible, and subject to approval, we will arrange collection of the incorrect item(s) at a date and time that is suitable to you. Upon receipt of the incorrect item(s), we will despatch the replacement(s) or issue you with a refund as instructed.

     

    Damaged/Faulty Goods

     

    We will take great care to ensure that you receive your goods in perfect condition and that they are in good working order. However, if your goods are damaged or faulty, please accept our apologies.

     

    In such instances, please contact Customer Care via e-mail at info@pevoniauk.com within 3 working days of receipt of your order and attach pictures of the damage to your message, quoting your Order Number where possible. We will review the issue as quickly as possible, and subject to approval, we will arrange collection of the damaged/faulty item(s) at a date and time that is suitable to you. Upon receipt of the damaged/faulty item(s), we will despatch the replacement(s) or issue you with a refund as instructed.

     

    Please note that if you miss the agreed collection, costs to return the items may become your responsibility. We will review each case individually.

     

    We reserve the right to withhold payment and replacement goods if unwanted / damaged items are not returned to us.
