DEFINITION
Commonly referred to in China as Long Yan (Dragon’s Eye), Longan is the fruit from Nephelium Longana, a tropical tree, native to China. Pevonia uses an extract from the seeds of the Nephelium fruit, a.k.a. Longan fruit.

ORIGIN
A genus of about 25 species of flowering plants in the Sapindaceae family native to Southeastern Asia (China), the Nephelium Longana Tree.

FUNCTION
Antioxidant and remineralising. Restores and protects skin barrier function and rebuilds the dermal matrix for smooth skin.
