Step 1 - Sensitive Skin Cleanser: To be used morning and evening to cleanse the skin. Apply a small quantity of this cleanser all over face and neck; work it with fingertips. Remove with a washcloth, a sponge, or a Pevonia shammy wet with warm water.

Step 2 - Sensitive Skin Lotion: Morning and evening, after cleansing the skin with the Sensitive Skin Cleanser, wipe face and neck with a cotton pad moist with the Sensitive Skin Lotion. Can be used to refresh the skin any time of the day.

Step 3 - Soothing Sensitive Skin Cream: To be applied morning or evening, all over face and neck, after cleansing with the Sensitive Skin Cleanser, followed by the Sensitive Skin Lotion. Use in conjunction with the Propolis Concentrate (sold separately).
