Sensitive Skin is a skin type that you are born with. Unlike normal skin, it tends to have a thin protective barrier which makes it inclined to react to extreme temperatures, allergens, and harsh, abrasive ingredients and products. To keep it in check, use natural skin care products with as few ingredients as possible, avoid known irritants, and "over-doing."

It is essential to start your routine off on the right foot and not wait until you apply your serum or skin care cream to address your sensitivity. This means cleansing with a sulphate-free natural skin cleanser that refrains from occlusive mineral oil, alcohol, and harsh exfoliating acids, which can dehydrate the skin and trigger inflammation.

Tips to enhance your Pevonia skin care routine:

Use the Pevonia natural face cleanser for sensitive skin, alcohol-free toner, natural skin care serum, and skin care cream with soothing ingredients. Skip long hot showers, harsh washcloths, or loofahs that can irritate the skin. Our Sensitive Skin Line and these habits are a perfect example where less truly is more!
