What is it?Green Tea comes from the Camellia Sinensis evergreen shrub. It’s leaves are used to produce tea and is mainly grown and harvested in China and India. To create Green tea, the leaves have to undergo a different withering and oxidation process compared to the leaves that turn into black tea. Green tea has many uses, apart from being brewed in a cup, it is very popular in skincare products, aromatherapy and weight loss.
How can Green Tea help my skin?
Anti-Ageing
Green tea is a wonderful anti-ageing ingredient. When suffering from acne or regular breakouts, skin will most likely be red and inflamed.
